It is disheartening to witness the division and negativity surrounding the support for Australian Kangaroos compared to the support for our own national team, the PNG Kumuls. Instead of focusing our energy on arguing, making fun, or supporting other nations' teams, let us redirect our efforts towards uplifting our very own team and embracing the diversity and pride that comes with being Papua New Guineans.


The PNG Kumuls represent not just a national team but a reflection of our unique culture, resilience, and love for the sport. They carry the hopes and dreams of our nation as they compete on the international stage. By standing together and supporting our team wholeheartedly, we have the power to inspire and unite our fellow countrymen, regardless of our varying backgrounds.
